When the products/services are of high quality &amp; value priced, the Company has little incentive to pay Celebrities to endorse their products/services. Corporate Automobiles &amp; Corporate Jets are no longer considered a legitimate use of the Company’s revenues. </span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">MG: Dr. Khalsa says using brain teasers &amp; other mental activities won&#8217;t fend off Alzheimer&#8217;s disease altogether, but, it can help decrease the intensity &amp; persistence of symptoms &amp; help maintain functionality.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">TM: Dr. Khalsa (An Associate Fellow of the U of Penn Medical School &amp; the medical director of the Alzheimer&#8217;s Research &amp; Prevention Foundation), a leading expert in integrative medicine, Alzheimer&#8217;s disease &amp; memory loss has created a program called the Brain Longevity Program for the avoidance &amp; treatment of Alzheimer&#8217;s &amp; memory loss. It focuses on particular foods we should eat, supplements we could take or exercises to do to fortify memory.*</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">MG: Understanding that age-related memory loss &amp; Alzheimer&#8217;s are interrelated, it&#8217;s important for all people to work to keep their memory skills sharp &amp; strong. According to Dr. Khalsa, &#8220;Just like your muscles, the brain gets weak as we age &#8212; but it doesn&#8217;t have to be that way.&#8221;</span></span></p>

Dr. Khalsa believes that mild cognitive impairment, as opposed to dementia (serious cognitive impairment) or Alzheimer&#8217;s,is something of a &#8220;disease of lifestyle.&#8221;(since we control our lifestyles we can control the circumstances that contribute to a better memory) He said that there is some new research focused on a concept called cognitive reserve, which he said is like a savings account for your brain, it can be built up over time. &#8220;By building up your cognitive reserve through healthy diet &amp; supplements &amp; mental &amp; physical exercise, you will not only have better brainpower now, you&#8217;ll have better ability to resist challenges to the brain later in life,&#8221; he said.*</span></span></p>

Research shows that people eating plenty of vegetables each day (around three or four servings or more) seem to have a slower rate of cognitive decline. Interestingly studies suggest that fruits are not as protective as vegetables in this regard &#8212; Dr. Khalsa speculates that since vegetables are so loaded with natural anti-inflammatories, they reduce inflammation, which is known to figure in cognitive impairment &amp; Alzheimer&#8217;s. <p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Though we hear an awful lot about mental exercise nowadays, Dr. Khalsa explained that it does not have to be sophisticated or difficult to be effective. &#8220;You don&#8217;t need to do difficult puzzles or crosswords to benefit. Going to a museum with friends &amp; talking about what you&#8217;ve just seen is great. Many recent studies have shown that merely being mentally engaged, no matter what the topic, actually increases blood flow, leading to the building of new brain cells along with enhanced cognitive function.
