= </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1 can of Broth, either Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable. Look for lower Sodium. I choose Swanson Reduced Sodium Beef Broth 100% Fat Free, 50% less Sodium) and it was 440 mg, 18% of Daily Value.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial;">= 1</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"> medium <a href="http://www.nutrition-and-you.com/onion.html">Onion</a> chopped.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial;">= </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2 C of <a href="http://www.nutrition-and-you.com/celery.html">Celery</a>. This is a good use of the outer Celery that in not suitable to eat raw. Good nutrition and a waste to throw away.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: Arial;">= </span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Puree the Broth and Vegetables in a Blender until smooth.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Arial;">= R</span><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">eturn the Pureed mix to the Sauce Pan and add the Whole Wheat Flour to thicken the soup.</span><br />
